Certificate Policy for the Root Certification Authority and the Trust Service of Qualified Certificate Creation whose qualified status is granted by the National Security Authority issuing qualified certificates and maintenance certificates contains, among others, a methodology, mandatory procedures and liabilities of the National Security Authority for issuing and maintenance of public key certificates of the Root Certification Authority.

The certificate policy is an obligatory document used as a standard of principles, procedures and methods which must be respected by all concerned parties.
